What kind of devices are the B-stock?
These are different devices. Some are returns, some are exhibits, and some are devices that were randomly selected for testing purposes during production as part of the quality control.
All of these devices cannot be sold as new and are therefore available as B-stock.
Are all devices working properly?
Yes, all B-stock devices are technically flawless. They have been thoroughly tested for functionality and are therefore fully operational. Only the external condition differs from new goods. However, this has no influence on functionality.
How are B-stock devices tested?
All devices are first subjected to a visual inspection. The external condition is checked and documented.
The devices are then manually checked for functionality and this is confirmed.
This is followed by a machine test. An analysis computer reads the hardware and software and checks that they are functioning properly.
Finally, we check whether the scope of delivery is complete.
Only after this procedure has been completed will devices be sold as B-stock.
